Anti-siphon Test Device
Equipment Overview
This equipment complies with IEC 60335-1-clause 22.48 and IEC61770 standards and is specifically designed for testing the anti-siphon performance of water inlet valves. A transparent tube with a diameter similar to the product's inner diameter is installed between the sample and the front end of the equipment's vacuum machine. The tube is at least 500mm long and immersed in water to a depth of at least 25mm (equipped with a lifting platform for easy adjustment). This tube is used to observe the height of the water flow sucked in during the siphon test. The vacuum state of the water supply pipeline is simulated through the equipment's vacuum system to detect whether the water inlet valve has siphoning. The equipment is driven by a vacuum pump and controlled by a PLC.
